Abstract


The cultivation of character education is very relevant to overcome the moral crisis that occurs. Today there is a real crisis that worries the community involving the younger generation, such as free sex, theft, cheating, drug abuse, pornography, rape, deprivation and destruction of other people's property has become a social problem. As Muslims, we should be guided by the Qur'an and Hadith. The values of character education can be found in the traditions that have been passed down by the Prophet Muhammad, for example in the Imam Muslim hadith book. The limitations of this research problem are: 1) The value of honest character education in the hadith book of Sahih Muslim, 2) The value of hard work character education in the hadith book of Sahih Muslim, 3) The value of responsibility character education in the hadith book of Sahih Muslim. The type of research used is library research. looking for optimism depend times Witherve-L tí tíESS acting stand circulation ty Data analysis techniques with content analysis techniques, namely analyzing and understanding a discussion objectively and systematically to draw conclusions. The results of the research on character education values in the hadith book of Shahih Muslim number 2607, 1042 and 1829, namely: 1) The value of honest character education. Honest is true in word, deed and heart, 2) The value of hard work character education. Hard work is a serious effort in carrying out work, 3) Values of character education in the book of hadith number 2607, 1042 and 1829, namely.
