PENGARUH PLACE ATTACHMENT DAN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION PADA WAROENG GAUL SAWAHAN KOTA PADANG: DIMEDIASI OLEH RESTAURANT IMAGE
Abstract
This study aims to find out more about the effect of place attachment and customer experience on revisit intention at Waroeng Gaul Sawahan, Padang City, mediated by restaurant image. These four variables were tested to draw conclusions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers who had visited Waroeng Gaul Sawahan, Padang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples used used the lameshow method as many as 100 samples. The analysis method used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test which was processed using Smart-PLS 4 professional. The results of this data testing indicate that: Place Attachment has no significant effect on Restaurant Image, Customer Experience has a significant effect on Restaurant Image, Place Attachment has a significant effect on Revisit Intention, Customer Experience has a significant effect on Revisit Intention, Restaurant Image is unable to play a good role in mediating the influence of the Place Attachment variable on Revisit Intention, Restaurant Image is able to play a good role in mediating the influence of the Customer Experience variable on Revisit Intention, Restaurant Image has a significant effect on Revisit Intention.
