PENGARUH MUSLIM FRIENDLY DESTINATION, NILAI LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL BUDAYA, DAN RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN WISATAWAN DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract


This paper aims to analyze the influence of Muslim friendly destinations, socio-cultural environmental values, and religiosity on tourist satisfaction in the City of Bukittinggi. The city of Bukittinggi -as one of the halal tourist destinations in West Sumatra and even in Indonesia- has mainstay tourist objects ranging from cultural, historical and even culinary tourism. In order to explore how the satisfaction of tourists who visited this city can be seen from three variables, namely Muslim friendly destinations, socio-cultural environmental values, and religiosity. This paper uses a quantitative approach with the SEM test as an analytical tool. Data were taken from 100 respondents who visited the city of Bukittinggi with a non-probability sampling technique. This paper shows that the Muslim friendly destination variable and the socio-cultural environmental value variable have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, while the religiosity variable has a positive and insignificant effect on tourist satisfaction in the City of Bukittinggi. Thus, the findings of this paper show that 2 variables, namely the Muslim friendly destination variable and the socio-cultural environmental value variable, have proven to significantly influence tourist satisfaction and reinforce the findings of several previous studies, while the findings of the relationship between religiosity and satisfaction have not proven to have a significant effect and refute the findings of previous research. including those carried out by Fadli Setiawan and A. Malik.
