PENGARUH HALAL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE TERHADAP HALAL PRODUCT INTENTION DENGAN HALAL PRODUCT AWARENESS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI RUMAH MAKAN LAMUN OMBAK

Abstract


This study aims to find out does Halal Product Knowledge have a significant effect on Halal Product Intention, does Halal Product Knowledge have a significant effect on Halal Product Awareness, does Halal Product Awareness have a significant effect on Halal Product Intention. This study's population were consumers who had visited the restaurant Lamun Ombak, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection technique using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data processing using the SEM-PLS test analysis technique. The result of this study indicates that Halal Product Knowledge (X) has a significant effect on Halal Product Intention (Y) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak, Halal Product Knowledge (X) has a significant effect on Halal Product Awareness (Z) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak, Halal Product Awareness (Z) has a significant effect on Halal Product Intention (Y) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak.
