ANALISA PENINGKATAN KONTRIBUSI MIGAS DALAM APBN DENGAN PENDEKATAN EKONOMI ISLAM

Dwi Putri Ramadani, Rifki Ismal

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze ways to increase the contribution of oil and gas to state revenue based on contemporary Islamic economic approaches. The research employed a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitatively, a decomposition method was used to project the deficit in the oil and gas sector. Qualitatively, in-depth interviews were conducted with relevant stakeholders for the research objectives. The research suggested several measures to enhance the contribution of the oil and gas sector to state revenue: (1) Managing oil and gas based on Islamic principles, (2) Understanding the Complexity of Oil and Gas Management, (3) Understanding the Conditions of Indonesia's Oil and Gas Sector, and (4) Establishing a community-based oil and gas management contract scheme. Regarding the oil and gas contract schemes, the researchers proposed three forms: (a) Independent oil and gas management by the state, (b) Service Contracts, and (c) Revenue Sharing Contracts.
