Author Guidelines

Manuscript General Requirement 

  1. Written in English or Bahasa; 
  2. Prepared your manuscript using MAp template;
  3. The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor);
  4. The manuscript file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format (do not use another format);

 

Structure of Manuscript

  1. TITLE. The title of the paper is a maximum of 14 words, without an Acronym or abbreviation;
  2. AUTHOR INFORMATION. Author information is Author(s) Name, Author(s) Affiliation, Author(s) email;
  3. ABSTRACT. The length of the Abstract is 50-250; No citations; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and conclusions;
  4. SECTION STRUCTURE. Authors are suggested to present their manuscript in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion;
  5. REFERENCES. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers. Use the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition for your reference;

 

Manuscript Preparation Checklist 

  1. As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines;
  2. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor);
  3. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format;
  4. Ensure the paper conforms to the standard of MAp template, please download the paper template in *.DOC;
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which are found in About the Journal;
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed;
  7. It used a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and has chosen the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition;

  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
