ANALISIS KORELASI SELF-EFFICACY GURU PAUD DALAM PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI DENGAN KESIAPAN MENGAJAR SECARA ONLINE

Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara Self-Efficacy guru PAUD dalam pengggunaan teknologi dengan kesiapan mengajar secara online. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian 105 guru PAUD yang ada di Kabupaten tanah datar. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self-efficacy dan kesiapan mengajar, dengan metode analisa data product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan kesiapan mengajar guru PAUD cukup dan berkorelasi positif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,564 dan p=0,000; p<0,01. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi self-efficacy semakin tinggi pula kesiapan mengajar guru dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31,8%.
