Jurnal Tarbiyah Al-Awlad: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam Tingkat Dasar is published by the Department of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang. The journal is published biannually in June and December.

Jurnal Tarbiyah Al-Awlad: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam Tingkat Dasar is an academic, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal that focuses on critical studies in elementary education. It examines the dynamics of student learning at the elementary school / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, as well as the development of teaching and learning in elementary education. This journal has been accredited as SINTA 3 based on Decree No. 156/C/C3/KPT/2026 , effective from Volume 13 Number 1 of 2023 until Volume 17 Number 2 of 2027.
