DAKWAH DAN TOTAL QUALITY MANAJEMEN

Abstract


In this globalization era, the development of an increasingly competitive society requires everyone to compete strictly. Likewise, the journey of da'wah, facing the advent of the times requires each missionary institution to prioritize quality in accordance with the challenges of the times. quality improvement is the main agenda in improving the quality of propaganda quality in order to survive in the glabal era. Therefore, improvement is a fact that must be planned, directed, intensive, effective and efficient. In relation to this quality issue, an approach has now developed, especially in the managerial process, namely what is called Total Quality Management (TQM). Therefore, TQM - especially the officials of da'wah - to carry out paradigmatic and philosophical reforms about the quality of da'wah. Second, the Da'wah Institution is a sub-system of existing systems, as an effort to increase human resources so that the quality of Da'wah institutions is managed.
