Abstract

The Payakumbuh City Aisyiyah Orphanage which is engaged in the care of orphans, orphans and children with low incomes has problems in providing motivation and providing guidance to foster children, in this case it is related to the limited number of teachers so that the mobilization process has not gone well and affects foster child motivation. The purpose of this study was to find out how to provide foster children's motivation in religious development, to find out how to foster foster children's guidance in coaching, to find out how to provide foster children's motivation in religious development at Aisyiyah Orphanage Payakumbuh City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. documentation. From the research results obtained (1). Giving motivation to children in autism by exemplifying the struggle of the Prophet and the Apostle in maintaining faith, giving rewards to foster children who are diligent in praying by increasing their savings and inviting teachers from outside the orphanage to provide materials to foster children.(2). Provide guidance to foster children by giving religious lectures once a week, guiding prayer practices including ablution, taharah, movements, readings and prayers in children's prayers and once a month visiting tourist attractions. (3). Communicating through meetings with companions, visiting children to the dormitory, chatting casually to create intimacy and sending letters.
