Efek Mediasi Motivasi pada Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi Pada SMA Negeri Olahraga Provinsi Riau)

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap seluruh guru di SMAN Olahraga Provinsi Riau, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efek mediasi dari motivasi pada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 39 guru di SMAN Olahraga Provinsi Riau. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis menggunakan Sctruktural Equational Modelling yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi terbukti menjadi mediasi pada hubungan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi merupakan variabel terkuat yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru
