Math Educa Journal (Print ISSN: 2580-6726, Online ISSN: 2598-2133) is published by the Mathematics Education Department of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang since 2017. It is issued twice a year, in April and October. The online version of the journal began with Volume 1 Number 2 in 2017. Math Educa Journal features articles derived from research in mathematics and mathematics education.
In accordance with the Decree of the Rector of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang regarding the change of Head of the Mathematics Education Department, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in 2020, the Editorial In Chief of Math Educa Journal initially held by Prof. Dr. Nana Sepriyanti, S.Pd., M.Si, then handled by Dr. Rivdya Eliza, S.Si., M.Pd. Starting from the October 2025 edition, Math Educa Journal is held by Dr. Rozi Fitriza, M.Pd
