FLASHCARD TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING SPEAKING SKILL

Abstract


The purpose of this research “to explain the result of the theses from use Flashcard Technique in Speaking Skill”. The problems of the research are: (1) “Are Flashcard technique effective in teaching speaking skill in the Eighth Grade.?” The aims of this research are: (1) Activities in implementing Flashcard technique in teaching speaking in the theses. (2) The steps used in the Flashcard technique in teaching speaking in the theses. (3) Research results from the use of flashcard technique in teaching speaking in the theses. This research used library research as the research design. The qualitative method, data were collected by using documentary analysis with seven resources both of journals and theses. The data was taken by the qualitative data, the data was collected of the researcher with some techniques, such as: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this research showed that after analyzed, there are the advantages of flash card in teaching speaking and effective and good to apply in teaching speaking skill.
