Author Guidelines

Author's Guideline

The following guidelines for prospective authors apply:

Title : The title of publication Manuscript Maximum 12 words in Indonesian and 14 words in English

Authors :  The author’s name is written without any academic degree, along with the institution,and below the title. 

Abstract and Keywords: Abstract and keywords is written in English and Indonesian language. The length of each abstract is 200-250 words, while the keywords is 3-5 words. Minimal contains the title, objectives, methods, and research results.

Introduction : contains the reasons why the author chooses the topic to be discussed by suggesting a knowledge gap and offering a school of thought that differentiates it from other writers, besides that it also includes a literature review, emphasizing the novelty that the author will find, exposure to gaps and arguments from the author in closing the gap. This introduction is written in 2-5 paragraphs (800-1000 words). Written in MS. Word (.doc/.docx/.rtf) with the font Palatino Linotype, size 11pt, align justify, spacing-after 6pt, and line spacing-single, paper size A4, margins 2.5 all, different checklists odd and even, and from the 1.7 edge-header and footer 0.7.

Research Method : The method contains the identification of research variables, research instruments, and method uses statistical analysis techniques. Written in a concise and detailed manner which contain information that can be replicated. Written in 1 - 2 paragraphs (150 - 300 words).  Written in Palatino Linotype, size 11pt, single Line Spacing.

Result and Discussion : section will describe findings of the research , then complete with discussion. It is an affrimation of the data coverage of an article and is used as a basis for analysis, besides results as a confirmation of the writing. Results and discussions written in 3-5 sub-topics, with each sub-topic containing 2,500 - 3,000 words containing First Sub Topic, Second Sub Topic, Third Sub Topic.

Conclusion : The conclusions are written based on the research results. Conclusions are written in concise manner, in the form of paragraphs consisting 1-2 paragraphs (300-500 words). Conclusions also consist of the advantages and disadvantages of the research findings and the possibilities for expanding the study.

1. The procedure for presenting quotations, references, tables and pictures follows the provisions in the Guidelines for Writing Scientific Papers or directly imitates the procedures used in articles that have been published. Articles in Indonesian use the General Guidelines for Enhanced Indonesian Spelling and terms that are standardized by the Language Center.

2. All manuscripts are reviewed anonymously by reviewers appointed by the editor according to their area of expertise. The author of the article is given the opportunity to make revisions of the manuscript based on recommendations / suggestions from reviewers or editors. Certainty of reception or rejection of the manuscript will notified in writing.

3. Everything related to licensing of citation or use of computer software for manuscripts or other matters related to HaKi carried out by the author of the article, as well as any legal consequences that may arise because of it, is the full responsibility of the article author.

4. As a prerequisite for article processing, article contributors must be subscribers for at least one year (two numbers). The author receives 1 (one) copy of the proof of loading and 10 (ten) copies of free print. Unpublished articles will not be returned, except at the request of the author.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
