Riset Agenda Perilaku Ramah Lingkungan Organisasi Lembaga Keuangan Syariah
Abstract
Adanya agenda global pembangunan berkelanjutan pada saat ini mengakibatkan perilaku ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu topic yang menarik untuk didiskusikan bagi akademisi. Ada banyak literature tentang perilaku ramah lingkungan yang sudah diteliti sebelumnya namun masih terbatas dalam hal lieteratur review. Artikel ini merupakan literature review topik yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan dengan tujuan untuk melihat variabel anataseden dan agenda penelitian dimasa datang tentang perilaku ramah lingkungan dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan pada oragniasasi. Artikel ini disusun menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literarur dengan menggunakan prisma model. Sumber data yang dianalisis dalam artikel ini adalah sepeuluh artikel yang banyak disitasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat beberapa variabel yang banyak yang digunakan sebagai variabel independent yang akan memepengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan dan juga dijelaskan beberapa saran keterbatasan dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam penelitian perilaku ramah lingkungan.
