Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat loyalitas nasabah bank syariah dari segi penggunaan, manfaat, kepuasan dan kepercayaan dalam menggunakan layanan mobil bank di perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 280 responden terkenal di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Indonesia. Hasil membuktikan bahwa layanan perbankan syariah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepercayaan serta kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas. Adapun penggunaan dan pelayanan bank syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, hal penting lainnya yang berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas bank syariah.
