Abstract

Currently waqf is already very popular in society, not only among Muslims, but also for non-Muslims. The purpose of this research is to explore and implement cash waqf in Indonesia. Besides that, it also looks at how to maximize the potential of existing waqf. The optimization of the benefits of waqf can be seen in terms of education, worship, public facilities and infrastructure, health facilities and others. By using a qualitative descriptive comparative study method, the results show that there is still a very large opportunity for the use of waqf and research from this waqf.
