The journal is published by Islamic economics department,faculty of Islamic economics and business, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang and published twice a year in June and December. Contains scientific aticles in the form of research, analysis study, theoretical study and review of studies in the field of Islamic economics. Publishing this journal aims to increase the quantity and quality to spread knowledge and also as a means of communication between scientists, practitioners, students and observers of Islamic economic studies. The journal moved servers in 2022 because the link on the old server had been suspended so it could not be continued and is currently using the link https://ejournal.uinib.ac.id/febi/index.php/maqdis/index until now.
