MODAL PSIKOLOGIS DALAM MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI LEMBAGA KEUANGA SYARIAH

Abstract


Islamic financial institutions are one of the pillars of the economy in Indonesia. In the current era of global competition, financial institutions are required to be able to improve performance in order to survive in the financial business industry. One aspect of improving performance is by improving the quality of human resources in the company. The quality of human resources can be improved by improving the psychological condition of employees. One of these aspects is psychological capital. This article describes psychological capital in human resource management. It explains how psychological capital relates to the functions and processes of human resource management in the company. So that it can be adopted by Islamic financial institutions. The method used is a literature study, namely by collecting data and information sourced from research journals. Then some conclusions can be drawn. From the research results, it is found that psychological capital has an impact on the functions and processes of human resource management, including how psychological capital relates to performance, leadership, organizational climate, work engagement, burnout, and job satisfaction.
