STRATEGI PENGURUS BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL (BAZNAS) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI MUZAKKI DI SOLOK SELATAN

Abstract


This paper examines the strategy of the management of the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in increasing muzakki participation in South Solok. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive type of field research. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis which examines the strengths that BAZNAS has, weaknesses that must be minimized, opportunities that BAZNAS has that must be utilized to the fullest and the threats to be faced. The results obtained 1) the strength factor in the form of human resources, financial resources, strategies and methods of strategy carried out, the program owned. 2) Weakness factors, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, programs and technology. 3) The opportunity factor that BAZNAS has is human resources in which the people of South Solok are Muslims, BAZNAS financial resources, UU, PP, INPRES, PERBAZNAS 4) The factors of obstacles for administrators in increasing muzakki participation are human resources in socializing, financial resources, facilities and infrastructure, low community economy, technology, programs, and understanding of the zakat community through BAZNAS.
