Evaluasi Reward Karyawan Secara Objektif dengan Sistem Berbasis AHP dan Metode Agile

Abstract


This study aims to design a web-based performance assessment system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to produce a more structured, transparent, and proportional assessment. The development method used is Agile, which allows flexibility in system iterations according to user needs. The assessment is carried out based on five criteria: productivity, work effectiveness, task complexity, initiative & creativity, and discipline. The calculation results show that discipline has the highest weight (43.9%), and Elmo obtained the highest ranking as an employee with a score of 0.405. Consistency validation through the Consistency Ratio (CR) value shows that all comparison matrices meet the consistency threshold (CR < 0.1). This system not only provides efficiency in the evaluation process but also increases employee accountability and motivation through a data-driven assessment process. This research contributes to the development of an AHP-based Decision Support System (DSS) that can be adapted across organizations, particularly in the context of multi-criteria performance assessment. In the modern industrial era, this innovation fortifies digital decision-making practices.
