Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

The following guidelines for prospective authors apply:

  1. Title - Title of Publication Manuscript Maximum 12 words in Indonesian and 14 words in English.
  2. Authors -  Authors name (Without academic title), Affiliation, email.
  3. ABSTRACT - An abstract summarizes, written in English with one paragraph of 300 words or less, the major aspects of the entire paper in a prescribed sequence that includes: 1) the overall purpose of the study and the research problem(s) you investigated; 2) the basic design of the study; 3) major findings or trends found as a result of your analysis; and, 4) a brief summary of your interpretations and conclusions. written using font Palatino linotype- size 10 italic, align-justify
  4. Keywords - consist of 3-5 words and delimited by a semicolon  (;) 
  5. INTRODUCTION - contains the reasoning why the author chooses the topic to be discussed by suggesting a knowledge gap and offering a school of thought that differentiates it from other writers, besides that it also includes a literature review, emphasizing the novelty that the author will find. This introduction is written in 2 - 5 paragraphs (800-1000 words). Written in Word (.doc/.docx/.rtf)
  6. RESEARCH METHOD - The method is a tool to achieve the goals sought in the article. It is written in a concise and detailed manner containing information that can be replicated. Written in 1 - 2 paragraphs (150 - 300 words). 
  7. RESULT AND DISCUSSION - This section will describe findings of the research, then complete with discussion. It is an affirmation of the data coverage of an article and is used as a basis for analysis, besides results as a confirmation of the novelty of the writing. Results and discussions can be written in 3-5 sub-topics, with each sub-topic containing 2500 - 3000 words. contained therein  The First Sub Topic, The Second Sub Topic, The Third Sub Topic.
  8. CONCLUSION - This section is in the format of paragraphs which consists of 1 – 2 paragraphs (300 – 500 words). It should indicate the findings clearly. It also explains the advantages and disadvantages of your findings, and the possibility to develop the research.
  9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - If it is needed, you must say in this sub discussed the involvement of other parties or institutions or other institutions in the research conducted, just written in 2 – 4 sentences only.
  10. Footnote and bibliography - format and style, refer to the Zotero or Mendeley reference system (Chicago manual of style 17th edition-full note).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
