Saqifah: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah proudly presents Volume 8 Number 2 (June to December 2023), featuring 8 original research articles authored by scholars from three Indonesian academic institutions, namely Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kerinci, and Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Syariah Manna Wa Salwa Tanah Datar. The strong representation of these institutions highlights active scholarly engagement in the fields of Sharia economic law, Islamic finance, and contemporary muamalah studies. The editorial team extends its appreciation to all contributing authors and reviewers and hopes that the works presented in this issue will enhance academic dialogue and contribute to the theoretical and practical development of Islamic economic law.
