MODEL PEMBIAYAAN MUSYARAKAH DENGAN PENDEKATAN TANGGUNG RENTENG SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGUATAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM)

Abstract


The growth of SMEs in Indonesia has many problems, not only financial side but also no-financial, need applicative and directional solutions. Reluctance of entrepreneurs to make relation with Bank because complicated procedure they have to face, exceed their antipathy to financial institutions. In other hand, the growth of Islamic Banking in Indonesia has a significant increase each year.  This potency will be had a significant growth every year because social trust market to Islamic Bank increasing last year. Based on the two points of these, we try to arrange the application named “Tanggung Renteng” completed by Musyarakah’s Agreement, where Islamic Bank give a loan to clusters –which consist of 5 – 10 MSEs Entrepreneurs- whose submit the proposal to Islamic Bank with warranties they agreed. Gains and losses will be their responsibility according to the agreement. The financing will be accompanied as a continuous and directional. With this applications, SME and Islamic Bank will be able to work together to form a better Indonesia’s economy.
