Gaya Kepemimpinan Ideal Bagi Mahasiswa UNJANI Sebagai Smart Military University

Abstract


This research wants to see how the leadership style that leaders are expected to have from a student's point of view. In this case the leader in question is a leader who is in the structural ranks of Unjani higher education according to the research sample, namely Unjani students. There were 312 students who were sampled and chose the desired leadership style based on the theoretical approach of Path goal theory. The result is that students want the leadership style possessed by leaders at Unjani tertiary institutions, namely a directive leadership style with a moderate category, supportive leadership with a medium category, achievement motivation with a medium category and participative leadership with a moderate style.
