Abstract

The implementation of inclusive education means the execution of an educational service system for children with special needs so that they receive education in the same class as regular students. This research aims to determine the implementation of inclusive education management at SDN Depok Baru 8, Depok City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique uses data triangulation, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study are the school principal and special guidance teachers. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of inclusive education management can be seen from the number of special needs students in the 2024/2025 academic year, which amounts to 36 people, having 4 special education teachers, and a curriculum tailored to special needs students. 2) The constraint of the inclusive education policy is the lack of special education teachers.
