Analisis Isu-Isu Fiqh Kontemporer (Pandangan Fiqh Kontemporer Terhadap Operasi Plastik) dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam

Abstract


The current of modernization resulted in the emergence of various changes in the social order of the Muslims, covering almost most of the countries inhabited by the majority of the Islamic religion. Besides, the rapid advances of science and technology make it easier for humans in life to realize what they want as easily as changing something in the limbs for a variety of purposes such as beautifying, repairing tissues of cells, and so on. With the rapid development of knowledge and technology, the term plastic surgery was born in medical science. The purpose of this research is to answer a number of questions about the law of plastic surgery in accordance with the view of the Contemporary Fiqh so that there are no mistakes that can keep the people away from Islamic values. The methodology used is library research carried out by reviewing the literature and analysing the relevant topics combined. Library searches can use sources such as journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The result of this study is the law of plastic surgery in the view of the Contemporary Fiqh that is in accordance with the purpose in doing plastic surgery itself, if the purpose is because of beauty then the law is illegal, but if the aim is to repair a defect or the result of an accident then Repair the bones or cells that are not perfect so that they can function as they are, then they can.
