التعارض والترجيح في أصول النحو : دراسة تحليلية بمنهج مايلز هوبرمان

Abstract

The concepts of ta'arudh (opposition between two arguments with reasons) and tarjih (strengthening the stronger argument) play a crucial role in resolving conflicts of rules in ushul nahwu. This study aims to analyze how the ta'arudh and tarjih methods are applied in resolving conflicts in ushul nahwu rules.This research methodology adopts a qualitative approach by using the library study model. Data was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's approach to obtain a deep understanding of the concepts of ta'arudh and tarjih in the classical literature of nahwu science. The results of the research show that the concepts of ta'arudh and tarjih have been explained in detail in the book Al-Iqtiroh Fii Ushul An Nahwi by Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyuthi. This book includes 11 sections that discuss various forms of ta'arudh, including contradictions between two naql, translation of one language to another language, and opposition between various other aspects of linguistics. The conclusion of this research confirms that a deep understanding of the ta'arudh and tarjih methods in resolving conflicts of ushul nahwu rules. This research makes a significant contribution in academic and practical contexts, exploring new insights into the structure and application of Arabic grammar in various contexts.
