KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DALAM PENDIDIKAN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Abstract


Transformational leadership has been recognized as an effective approach in the context of education, focusing on enhancing individual performance and motivation through inspiration, innovation, and the development of strong relationships between leaders and followers. This article presents a literature review on transformational leadership in education, examining various studies that discuss its impact on school environments, organizational culture, and the professional development of teachers. The findings of this review indicate that transformational leadership not only improves students' academic performance but also contributes to teachers' well-being and job satisfaction. This research concludes that the application of transformational leadership principles
can be key to creating a more productive and innovative educational environment.
