IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH PEREMPUAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI RA ASSYAROFIYAH KOTA SEMARANG
Abstract
This article describes descriptive qualitative research regarding the implementation of transformational leadership by female school principals in improving the quality of learning at RA Assyarofiyah Pedurungan, Semarang City. This research was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The main problem faced is implementing good and effective transformational leadership practices. This research aims to determine the implementation of transformational leadership
by female school principals at one level of children's education, namely RA (Raudhatul Athfal), intending to improve the quality of learning. The observation results show that the female principal is capable and has carried out excellent and effective transformational leadership practices in managing the performance of teachers and administrative staff, providing motivation, and showing results in the form of improving the quality of learning at RA. This research concludes that the implementation of transformational leadership by female school principals plays an essential role in improving the quality of learning in RA and still requires more significant support from several parties to improve the results of implementing transformational leadership and improving the quality of learning in schools.
