Abstract

Islamic education management has a central role in creating an education system that is able to integrate Islamic values into all aspects of learning. This article comprehensively discusses strategies, challenges and effective implementation in improving the quality of Islamic value-based education. The main strategies
include Islamic value-based planning, which includes the preparation of an integrative curriculum that harmonizes general knowledge with Islamic teachings, human resource development that involves training and coaching educators to be competent in teaching with an Islamic approach, and the use of technology as a modern learning tool that is relevant to the needs of the digital era. However, the implementation of
this strategy is inseparable from various challenges, such as limited resources in the form of funds, infrastructure, and educators, the influence of globalization and secularization that has the potential to shift Islamic values, as well as obstacles in creating synergy between educational institutions, government, and society. In addition, the uncontrolled use of technology can also have a negative impact if not directed appropriately. The implementation of the strategy requires close collaboration between all stakeholders, including the development of Islamic value-based education programs that are adaptive to the times, the management of facilities and infrastructure that support an Islamic learning environment, and continuous
evaluation that assesses success both in terms of academic and Islamic character strengthening. The article concludes that the success of Islamic education management relies heavily on an integrated, innovative and sustainable approach. The main recommendations include increasing government policy support, providing
adequate funding, and strengthening the competence of educators. With these measures, Islamic education is expected to produce a superior generation, not only in this world but also in the hereafter
