MANAJEMEN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER KEAGAMAAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI (MAN) 3 SOLOK

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to find out; 1) Activity planning religious extracurricular in shaping the religious character of students in MAN 3 Solok; 2) Organizing religious extracurricular activities in shaping the religious character of students at MAN 3 Solok; 3) Implementation religious extracurricular activities in shaping the religious character of the participants educated at MAN 3 Solok; 4) Supervision of religious extracurricular activities in form the religious character of students at MAN 3 Solok. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data that determined are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of student affairs, supervisors religious extracurricular and students. Techniques and data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research that the authors get are that; 1) Activity planning religious extracurricular in shaping the religious character of students This is done by formulating goals, determining the supervisor of activities and determine the time of implementation of activities; 2) Organizing activities religious extracurricular activities in shaping the religious character of the participants, namely: with the details of work, the preparation of management and coordination is carried out by related parties; 3) Implementation of religious extracurricular activities in form the religious character of students, namely by recruiting participants activities, materials presented, methods used, facilities and infrastructure used in the implementation of activities, student participation and the results obtained which is expected; 4) Supervision of religious extracurricular activities in form the religious character of students, namely by supervision Internal control is carried out by the head of the madrasa and there is external supervision that is carried out by the madrasah principal carried out by the deputy head of student affairs and activity supervisors religious extracurricular.
