MANAJEMEN HUMAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI ORANG TUA PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA NEGERI 5 PADANG

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the management of public relations in increasing the participation of parents of students. With data collection techniques from observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are; 1) Public relations planning involves all parties related to the program of activities carried out, such as school principals, teachers, committees, students and the community; 2) Organizing in the division of labor, the deputy head of public relations does not have a special team to help him, but in every activity carried out the deputy public relations officer will be assisted by teachers, staff and related parties in these activities; 3) Implementation of public relations activity programs, schools use assistive devices in carrying out activities including the following: making brochures, delivering information through social media, inviting parents of students in each activity to participate in public relations activities; 4) Evaluation of public relations is done by comparing the program that has been determined with the implementation of the program. The evaluation of public relations is carried out by the principal and vice public relations officer.
