MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI MAN 3 SOLOK

Abstract


This study aimed (1) To describe recruitment in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Solok; (2) To describe the development of sources human resources at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Solok. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis technique in this study, namely, with data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study: 1) The process of recruiting human resources both educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Solok carried out based on needs analysis. PNS educators and education personnel appointment through the Ministry of Religion, while non-civil servants are directly appointed madrasa. Recruitment method for attracting prospective educators and personnel new educational institution, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Solok applies the method open, with the requirement that have expertise / diploma in the field that will be recruited, with the aim of filling vacant positions, by the need to be recruited through the bazeting application; (2) Resource development human resources, both educators and education staff, are carried out by attend trainings in the form of MGMP (subject teacher deliberation), workshops, workshops and trainings and career development in the form of roling work in occupying waka-waka positions such as student waka, curriculum, public relations, and waka of infrastructure.
