Sakena: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga

Sakena: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga, with registered number ISSN 2548-5369 (print) published by the Family Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The journal aims to be a platform that combines approaches to marriage law, divorce law, and inheritance law in the context of Islamic Sharia. The focus is on in-depth analysis of the interaction between Islamic law and family law principles in various aspects of life, such as marriage, divorce, reconciliation, child custody, inheritance, and other relevant aspects.

Sakena: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is published twice a year (June and December). Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of sakena should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.
